Return & Exchange Policy

At Allblackery, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe: 7 days from delivery date
Condition: Items must be:

  • ✅ Unused and unworn
  • ✅ Unwashed
  • ✅ With all original tags attached
  • ✅ In original packaging (if applicable)

What Can Be Returned/Exchanged

Eligible Items:

  • Regular priced items
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged items upon delivery

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items without original tags
  • Items showing signs of wear or washing
  • Items returned after 7 days

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at allblackery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

  • Ensure all tags are attached
  • Include invoice/packing slip
  • Pack securely to prevent damage

Step 4: Ship It Back
Send the item to our return address (provided in authorization email).

Step 5: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.


Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Item is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item was sent

Recommendation:
Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refunds

Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Processing Time:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving return
  • Refund processing: 7-10 business days
  • Bank processing: 5-7 business days (varies by bank)

Refund Amount:

  • Product price will be fully refunded
  • Original shipping charges: Non-refundable (unless item is defective)
  • Return shipping: Borne by customer (unless item is defective)

COD Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.


Exchanges

Size Exchange:
If you need a different size, we'll exchange it free of charge (subject to availability).

How It Works:

  1. Request exchange via email
  2. Return original item
  3. We'll ship the new size once we receive your return
  4. No additional charges (if available)

Product Exchange:
You can exchange for a different product of equal or greater value. If the new product costs more, you'll pay the difference. If less, we'll refund the difference.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. We'll arrange for:
    • Free return pickup (where available), OR
    • Full refund including shipping costs, OR
    • Free replacement

Our Commitment:
We stand behind our quality. Manufacturing defects will be resolved promptly with no cost to you.


Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. We'll arrange free return pickup
  3. Correct item will be shipped at no extra cost
  4. Full refund including shipping (if preferred)

Cancellations

Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately at allblackery@gmail.com or call +91 7032208891.

After Shipping:
Once shipped, you'll need to follow the return process after receiving the item.


Order Modifications

To modify your order (size, address, etc.):

  • Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order
  • We'll do our best to accommodate changes before shipping
  • Once shipped, modifications are not possible

Quality Assurance

Every Allblackery product goes through quality checks before shipping. However, if you notice any issues:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Provide detailed description and photos
  • We'll resolve it quickly and fairly
